Order

To shop more quickly and conveniently and to track your orders, you need to create a customer account. Registration is free and takes only a minute.

Once signed in, select the product, size and quantity you want, add it to your cart and follow the checkout steps. After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Bulgaria with Speedy, Econt and BoxNow.

At checkout, you can choose delivery to an address, courier office or parcel locker where the service is available.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within one business day after confirmation.

The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the selected courier and destination.

Delivery times may be extended during campaigns, public holidays or periods of increased demand.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to the selected delivery method and the courier’s rates.

During promotions, we may offer free delivery under specific conditions.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery

All online payments are processed through a secure payment system.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information and a tracking number where one is provided by the courier.

Inspection on delivery

All parcels are sent with the inspection option, allowing you to check the product before accepting it. We recommend inspecting your parcel on delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, incorrect contents or another issue, notify the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

Uncollected parcels

In the event of an unjustified refusal or an uncollected parcel, we reserve the right to require advance online card payment for future orders placed from the same account.
